1. About us
Flora's African Restaurant is a home-based West African food business operating in Delhi NCR, India. We offer delivery and takeaway of authentic Cameroonian and West African cuisine. By placing an order with us , via our website, WhatsApp, or any other channel , ,you agree to the terms set out on this page.
2. Orders
All orders must be placed in advance via our website or WhatsApp.
Orders are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us. A completed checkout or sent message does not automatically guarantee fulfillment .
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to ingredient unavailability, delivery area constraints, or capacity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Preorders & scheduling
Preorders must be placed at least 4 hours before the requested delivery time. For large orders (above ₹2,000), we recommend 24 hours' notice.
Same-day orders are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
We will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your slot.
4. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Delivery fees are charged separately based on your location and are displayed at checkout.
We accept cash on delivery, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and card on delivery where available.
Payment is due at the time of delivery unless a prepayment arrangement has been agreed upon.
5. Delivery
We deliver across Delhi NCR. Delivery availability depends on your specific location and current rider capacity.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or high demand.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and accessible delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you are unreachable at the time of delivery, our rider will wait a maximum of 10 minutes before the order is marked as undeliverable. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
6. Food & allergens
Our food is prepared in a home kitchen that handles a wide variety of ingredients including nuts, gluten, dairy, seafood, and meat.
We are not a certified allergen-free facility. Customers with severe food allergies are advised to contact us directly before ordering.
While we take care to note special requests, we cannot guarantee complete allergen separation.
All our meals are prepared fresh. We recommend consuming your order within 2 hours of delivery for best quality, and within 24 hours if refrigerated.
7. Cancellations & refunds
Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of delivery may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value, as ingredients may already have been prepared.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photos. We will assess and offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind after delivery.
8. Hygiene & food safety
All food is prepared in compliance with standard home kitchen hygiene practices.
We are not currently registered under FSSAI as a commercial restaurant. Customers order with awareness of this status.
We package all orders in sealed, food-safe containers.
9. Intellectual property
All content on our website, including text, images, logo, and branding, belongs to Flora's African Restaurant.
You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute our content without express written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
Flora's African Restaurant shall not be held liable for:
Any allergic reactions arising from undisclosed allergen sensitivities
Delays caused by third-party delivery partners or circumstances beyond our control
Any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services
Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of t\
11. Privacy
We collect your name, phone number, and delivery address solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
By ordering from us, you consent to receiving order-related messages on WhatsApp.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
